Traveling to Kauai, Hawaii

Kauai, Hawaii Grand Adventure!!!

My family and I meet in Hawaii every year for the New Year to have family time and get away from the snow.
Ryan and I were married in Hawaii last year during our visit. It was a surprise wedding! He proposed, then handed me a wedding invitation with our names on it and dated six days from then. We had a magical wedding on the beach in Maui, Hawaii. But because our wedding was so awesomely sporadic, we didn't have much of honeymoon.

As a surprise for our one year anniversary Ryan (my husband) bought us tickets to Kauai, Hawaii for two days during our time on the hawaiian islands. How magical!!!
Not planned at all, two of our best friends that came to Maui with us was going to be in Kauai the same time frame we were. We all agreed that, although we love each other very much, we'd just spend one dinner together as a group the first night we arrived, then go our separate ways till we went back to Maui.

We ended up having so much fun with each other during dinner, we decided to explore Kauai together as a group!
Here are some awesome pictures of us and the beautiful island of Kauai.

We found this mailbox on top of the mountain. So Clever.

I've always wanting to kiss on top of a mountain.

We made it to the top!!!

First lunch at a taco place!

We changed up our atmosphere and headed to Olympic Cafe for drinks at a yummy bar.

It was as good as it looks.

aww love.

I'm pretty sure this was after second lunch. One thing we really did was eat a lot of food on Kauai.

A beautiful beach we found the next day in Polihale State Park.

Waimea Canyon State Park

What a handsome fella.

We're at the grand canyon of Kauai.

The greatest people ever!!!

We're having so much fun, but we're definitely tired.

The best fish Tacos!!! Again this was one of the two lunches we had that day!

Glass Sand Beach in Hanapepe Bay near Port Allen Harbor on Kauai.

We were so excited about this beach, and as you can see from the pictures it's really cool. But I had to zoom in super close to make it look good. Glass Sand Beach is located in a very industrial area and is only like 12x12 feet big. Haha!

I have know idea how we stumbled on the blow hole, but it was a grand sight!!
